Mercury-Triple wave laser model(450nm+980/810nm+650nm)

Combining Pioon’s cutting-edge technology and smart software, Mercury-Triple wave is an innovative extension of the traditional 980/810nm wavelength dental laser system. It is designed for more precise and refined treatment, providing more comfortable and pain-free experience to patients.

Through the excellent cooperation of three wavelengths, Mercury-Triple wave interprets the optimal protocols to prompt a qualitative leap in your dental treatment.

450nm

Benefited from its peak absorption efficiency (10X~100X) of the chromophore in the soft tissue, 450nm blue wavelength demonstrates a excellent cutting performance even with very low power compared to the traditional infrared laser (810nm/980nm). It makes the surgery more consistent, more accurate and faster. Not only that, due to the extraordinary absorption rate of blue wavelength in hemoglobin, the blue laser also provides outstanding coagulation and non-contact cutting. Non-contact cutting means the blue laser directly interacts with the tissue rather than the heat effect delivered through the activited fiber tip. Therefore, there is no need to activate the fiber tip and, naturally no need to remove tissue residue from the tip. This largely simplifies the doctors procedures and decreases the operation time. Most importantly, non-contact mode brings less invasive and more comfortable treatment to patients, leading to significantly increased patients’ satisfaction.

650nm

Due to the best combination of depth of penetration (low absorption), cellular interaction and energy transfer efficiency, 650nm has become the most common and optimal wavelength for LLLT(low level laser therapy)/photobiomodulation.
